Returns

incorrect model selection, color preference, or delivery timelines.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product received is defective or unusable
- Product received is different from what was ordered
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return request, please share:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Original packaging with all tags intact
Non-Eligible Cases
- Minor variations in color or texture due to material nature
- Damage caused by misuse, wear & tear, or mishandling
- Products returned without original packaging
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after verification of the reported issue.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
within 3–5 business days.
