Return & Replacement Policy – de Francis

de Francis will replace any damaged or defective iPhone case at no extra cost, shipped within 48–72 hours of claim approval. Customers must report damage within 14 days of delivery with photo proof.

1. Who’s Covered

  • Eligible Products: All iPhone cases purchased directly from de Francis.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: Any case that arrives with manufacturing defects, transit damage, or wrong items qualifies for replacement.

2. How to Report Damage

  • Timeframe: Report within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof Required: Email or upload clear photos/videos showing the damage.
