Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind,
incorrect model selection, color preference, or delivery timelines
that are clearly mentioned before purchase.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product received is defective or unusable
- Product received is different from what was ordered
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a replacement, please share:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Original packaging with all tags intact
Once approved, the replacement will be processed.
Replacement timelines may vary based on availability.
Non-Eligible Cases
- Minor variations in color or texture due to material nature
- Damage caused by misuse, wear & tear, or mishandling
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders require a non-refundable reserve fee.
In case of refusal or non-acceptance at delivery,
the reserve fee will not be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
We offer 2 days return, if the product is damaged or defective.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 Business days.
Shipping-
All orders will be delivered within 5-7 Business days.
